Dear Vendors,

On Sunday, September 08, 2024, we will be offering non-food vendors an opportunity to sell at the Bolingbrook PathFest event. 

Activities for children, petting zoo, food vendors, and many other activities will be held at the PathFest.

Each space will be 10’ X 10’ with a fee of $25 for the day.  Non-profit and church groups are free.  We only provide the space, you will need to bring your own table, chairs and tent if you wish to be out of the sun.

Electric is at a premium and we can only help a few, so this will be a first come first serve basis and we can not promise everyone electric so plan accordingly.

This event is organized by the Bolingbrook Parade and PathFest Committee and will be held behind Town Center located at 375 West Briarcliff Road (three blocks west of IL Route 53).

Please be sure to include your certificate of insurance if you are not a non-profit or church group with your payment (you can obtain this from your insurance agent).

All applications must be received on or before Thursday, September 05, 2024.

hereby releases and relieves the Village of Bolingbrook of any liability or responsibility for any damage done to my canopy, equipment or property installed, placed or used on Village streets, sidewalks, parking lots or grassy areas in conjunction with the Bolingbrook Pathways Parade and PathFest 2024.  I further indemnify and hold harmless the Village of Bolingbrook and the Bolingbrook Pathways Parade and PathFest Committee, from and against any claim, liability, cost and/or expense for any damage done to or by my equipment or property occurring during the Bolingbrook Pathways Parade and PathFest 2024 on September 08, 2024.

As an independent contractor, I understand I am responsible for any tax liability and insurance I may wish, including public liability.

I have read and understand the foregoing liability waiver and agree to be bound by its terms.

The Vendor listed on the “Vendor Application for Space” form, hereby agrees to participate in the Bolingbrook PathFest celebration and will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Committee.

Unless you are notified, please consider yourself registered and accepted, a confirmation letter and day of instructions will be Emailed before September 9th to those applications received by that date.


FOR THOSE THAT HAVE IT: INSURANCE CERTIFICATE is needed. The Village of Bolingbrook and the Bolingbrook Civic and Cultural Affairs Commission must be named as an additional insured on the Vendor’s Liability, Products and Completed Operations Insurance policy. This insurance shall not be less than $500,000.00. Contact your insurance agent to obtain this certificate and most agents send these at no cost. A Certificate of Insurance shall be in the hands of the the Committee by Friday, September 06, 2024 with full payment, for contract to be accepted by the committee.

2024 Pathways Parade Online Entry Form

Beyond the Starts in Bolingbrook

Registration forms including your commentary must be received no later than September 03, 2024 to be accepted. The Parade Line-Up will be determined on or about September 05, 2024. Line up number and other important parade information will be emailed to the email address given on the application. It is MANDATORY that all contact details are completely filled out on your entry form.

Please review the judging categories and carefully choose only the most appropriate “one” for your entry. Due to the number of entries in the parade, please limit your performance in front of the reviewing stand to 1 minute, including set up and take down time, the parade suffers in length of time and the entries behind you wait when you spend more than the allotted time. Your parade position and/or eligibility will be re-considered for the following year if your group exceeds this time limit.  No additions to your application will be allowed on the day of the Parade. Only those on your application will be allowed to participate or march.  There is no rain date.

During and After the Parade we will have our annual PathFest with entertainment behind the Town Center. Please come to the awards after the Parade at the Roger C. Claar Performing Arts Stage.
