BOLINGBROOK JUBILEE 2024 CRAFT SHOW

TIME:              Noon - 6:00 pm
Set up:            8:30 - 11:00 am
LOCATION:     375 W. Briarcliff (behind Town Center)
FEE:               $20.00 (plus a $10 “clean-up” deposit)

FEE INCLUDES: 10’ x 10’ space in Grass
Electricity:  $5.00 additional

SENIORS  FREE (must still provide $10 “clean-up deposit)

Crafters will be located on the grounds of the Bolingbrook Town Center. All exhibitors will provide their own tables, displays, etc. Please keep bags, boxes, and the like out of sight, such as under a skirted table. Please plan your display to fit the 10’ x 10’ space. If you wish to be out of the sun you must provide your own 10’x10’ tent. Some spaces on a windy day will be subjected to some mist from the fountain of the pond on a very windy day, this is unavoidable, so be sure you have a tent side if this matters to you. Parking is off-site. “Clean-up” deposit will be returned at close of show if vendor passes site inspection.

No import or commercial items will be allowed. Vendor will be asked to remove such articles from their tables. Only hand-made crafts will be allowed in this section.If you wish to sell commercial items a vendor application is available on our website.

Please write a SEPARATE check for the Deposit amount of $10, it will be returned to you the day of the event if your site is left clean.

Late entry (1 week or less before show) fee: $30 and must be paid in cash at Village Hall or on Day of event before entry.

Liability Waiver for Crafters


I,

hereby releases and relieves the Village of Bolingbrook of any liability or responsibility for any damage done to my canopy, equipment or property installed, placed or used on Village streets, sidewalks, parking lots or grassy areas in conjunction with the Bolingbrook Jubilee 2024 Craft Show. I further indemnify and hold harmless the Village of Bolingbrook and the Bolingbrook Jubilee Committee, from and against any claim, liability, cost and/or expense for any damage done to or by my equipment or property occurring during the Bolingbrook Jubilee 2024 Craft Show on August 18, 2024.

As an independent contractor, I certify that all the items I sell are my own original work. I understand I am responsible for any tax liability and insurance I may wish, including public liability.

I have read and understand the foregoing liability waiver and agree to be bound by its terms.

Unless you are notified, please consider yourself registered and accepted, a confirmation letter and day of instructions will be Emailed before August 16th to those applications received by that date.
